What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is at 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. Private transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport can be arranged when you book, or through our reservation team.
Is breakfast included?
All room rates include à la carte breakfast for the number of guests booked.
Do you have family rooms?
Our two-bedroom villas at Bisma, Rasa Sayang and Keramas Beach accommodate up to four guests.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Our kitchens handle vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free requests. Please tell us in advance so we can prepare.
