Komaneka Resorts is founded, designed, and run by a Balinese couple from Ubud, Koman W. Suteja and Mansri Trisniawati. What began as an art gallery specialising in high-end Balinese and Indonesian contemporary art has grown into a collection of five boutique resorts.
Our philosophy
Each resort is created to fulfil travellers’ expectations of an upscale luxury lifestyle, surrounded by Ubud’s natural beauty or the dramatic seaside of Keramas. The architecture is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Balinese style, and the service is unhurried, attentive and genuinely Balinese.

The Komaneka Fine Art Gallery still anchors everything we do. Work by Indonesian and Balinese artists hangs in our lobbies, corridors and suites, so a stay is also an encounter with the island’s living creative culture.
